They are not shapewear if that is what you are looking for, but they support the tummy since they are high-waisted. They are cotton but unlike others say I find the material quite light in comparison to other cotten underwear. They have some stretch and the legs are wide enough to not cut into the skin. I would recommend them, look good under clothes without bulking or riding up. Great value for the money.
